On the last three notes the kids play the chords of IV, V7 and II = CEGC, C major chord
IV = FAC C, F major chord
V7 = GBDF, G major chord
We work out how to build the chords by missing one person out in the diatonic scale line. We play it twice and then end with Boomwhacker® applause*.
