We are working hard to have our students learn all of their facts. One simple thing that I do with my students is a passing game. When the music starts, a bean bag is passed around. When the music stops, the person who has the bean bag must answer an addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division fact. If the student gets it wrong, I do give them another chance. We then all say the fact together and then start the music again. This has been a hit with my younger kids!
