As part of teaching theme and variations, I have the kids play a game often used in drama classes: Three Changes. One at a time, I have students go outside the door and change three things about their appearance. They come back in and the class tries to guess the three things changed. The kids always want to play this game. Since Three Changes is not specifically musical, we usually play only when I am teaching theme and variations.
