Masking Tape Staff and Treble Clef

To make learning the notes of the treble staff interesting for students, I made a giant (5 ft X 5 ft) staff on the floor using masking tape.

Sometimes I'll have the 3rd grade spell words on the staff, with one students standing on each letter on the staff (e.g., BAG, BEAD, GAG, etc.).

This staff is also good for beanbag games. Throw the beanbag on the staff and name the letter.
