Music Alphabet, The - Poem / Chant

Each year I hand this poem/chant out to my 3rd graders as a fun way to learn the music staff and understand how the notes move on the staff. It would also be good to enlarge and make into a poster.

The Music Alphabet

A B C D E F G
Music alphabet you see.
G F E D C B A
You can do it either way.
One goes high and one goes low.
You can sing them, fast or slow.
Seven letters, nice and short.
Memorize it? An easy sport!
