Some Fun Outside Activities

Use melody bells outside and make up pentatonic tunes. Noisy inside, but not so bad outside! My students like to play running... skipping games that can sometimes get a bit rough for inside. They like to go outside and sing and play Charlie Over The Ocean or any dance that they can sing to, so we don't have to worry about the CD player. Ida Red is a good one, too.
