Here's a little rhyme that we used to play in primary grade in England, which is very suitable for movement, especially outside.
Big A
Little a
Bouncing b...
The cat's in the cupboard
and you can't catch me.
Instructions: One person is the cat with back to the class. The rest are in a line behind the cat about 15 feet away. The object is to not get caught by the cat.
"Big A:" all stretch up high
"Little a:" drop down
"Bouncing b:" jump forward, feet together
"The cat's in the cupboard and you can't catch me:" the cat moves one foot as if to be scratching the ground.
You repeat this until the cat decides to suddenly turn and capture a child who becomes the cat.
