Here is a great all-purpose dance for songs with kinders:

Circle formation:
In-2-3-4
Out-2-3-4
Turn around and
Clap, clap, clap
Or a double circle:
In-2-3-4
Out-2-3-4
Turn around and
Slap, slap, slap (with partner)

For a very advanced group:

Double circle:
In-2-3-4
Out-2-3-4
Turn around and
Slap, slap move (partner on inside moves one person to the right)

3/4 time:
In-2-3
Out-2-3
Round-2-3
Slap - wait-wait
