Music K-8 Magazine Usage Policies:

• If you are a subscriber, you have our permission to reproduce all of the music and other reproducibles in Music K-8 for use with your students, even if you teach in more than one school. If you have purchased the Student Reproducible Parts, this also applies to them. (It should be noted, however, that in order to buy and use these parts, as well as our recordings, one must already own the commensurate issue of the magazine.)
• If one school has two or more teachers, one subscription may be shared in that one school only.
• If you have access to Music K-8 through a library or other facility, you do not have permission to reproduce any of the materials unless you are the only one using that subscription at that library or facility.
• Our recordings may not be duplicated for use by anyone other than the subscriber.
• You may duplicate the recordings for your own back-up purposes only.
• Posting or sharing physical or digital copies of our recordings, lyrics, or printed music with anyone other than your students without our permission is an illegal use of copyrighted material.
• Videos of children performing our music may be posted online if it was purchased for them.
