Yes - whole first grade did it (4 classes). They stood on the risers and
the floor and filled up the stage. They stood in speaking order with all
the cats on the left side and the dogs on the right side. Puppy and Kitten
stood in the middle. We had two mikes (cat and dog) and they just passed it
to the kid next to him/her.
5 or 6 songs. The last song you need to teach first cuz it has words they
don't understand and it REALLY helps to put motions with it.
Dialogue: we gave each kid who turned in a form (I'll be there) a sentence
on a piece of paper and the teachers just let them read it aloud over and
over in class. I did just the music and movement in my class.
Props - simple!
15-20 minutes, more like 15.
Did it with 1st grade twice and it's very doable.
