How do you do the t-shirt thing?? I'd love to do this . . . just don't
know
where to start!!

A couple of different ways. You can order from several places online that
specialize in tshirts/sweatshirts for groups. You can google and find
several. Often the more you order, the cheaper they are. I believe that
Regina Bell has a site that she sells some shirts. I don't remember all the
details but they are embroidered or something. I remember being impressed
and bookmarked the site at home.

I've created some at a cafepress site:
http://www.cafepress.com/tracyisacard but don't usually have students buy from it because i would be making a
profit off of it and my district has rules about that.

Most often I design the shirt in PPT, photo shop or whatever and send it
to a local copy shop that prints it on t-shirts or sweatshirts. They are
about $8 each, usually cheaper. Plank Road is very generous with their
copyright permissions to use images and logos from their revues for this purpose
too. I usually create my own because I don't always do the theme exactly
as MK8's logo may be stated.

I'm at a small school so i handle the paperwork, ordering, and
distribution, but if you have tons perhaps a parent volunteer would make things easier
on you. :-D
