Marcia Neel is AMAZING! She has helped start mariachi programs in Iowa and
has presented at our bandmasters convention. She has created resources for
directors to start mariachi programs in their schools.
I'm sure there is a book about mariachi style, etc
If you go to the top of the music ed consultants page it has a menu item
titled: Mariachi Education!
