Martha, I LOVE the Essential Elements guitar book! I use it to teach
private lessons and find it the best for my uses out of all its
contemporaries. Did you look into taking the NAMM clinic over the summer?
You just need your new principal to sign a form saying you'll have a guita=
r
program. I have been teaching guitar for a year after coming from a genera=
l
music background, so I could go on all day -- we could definitely chat abou=
t
it! =)
