This song is all about a cool stringed instrument your kids may be unfamiliar with. It's called a mountain, Appalachian, or lap dulcimer.

This song is a simple unison song with a BAG recorder part. It works like a partner song, so verse one is sung, verse two is played on recorder, and verse three features both singers and recorders.
