Hi Hey (Good To See You)

From Plank Road Publishing

by Teresa Jennings

This is a happy tune with a message of greeting that's just plain fun to sing. It would work well at the start of the school year or to open a concert.

Plus, beginning guitar students will feel good when they are able to play this simple tune right away. It features only two chords, G and C, and both of them are 4-string versions. The vocal part that includes cheerful yells and singing could be performed by the guitarists, too, or by a separate group. The kit includes a bonus recorded student part only mix (guitar, vocals, and claps). (from Music K-8, Vol. 24, No. 1)

(Run time: 1:03)
