Goodbye, Old Paint

From Plank Road Publishing

arr. Karl Hitzemann

"Goodbye, Old Paint" dates back to somewhere in the 1870s and is believed to have been written by an African American cowboy named Charley Willis.

Your singers and ukulele players will have a great time with our arrangement of this gentle, easygoing song. It only takes two simple chords to play this tune – F and C7. A written ukulele part is in the score, but we also encourage your players to freely strum along. A PDF of the extracted ukulele part is included, as well. (from Music K-8, Vol. 31, No. 1)

(Run time: 2:09)
