There have been many choral arrangements of this Welsh folk song over the years, but none quite like this distinctive setting by John Riggio. Perhaps best characterized as "Medieval Celtic Dance" style, it features a recorded track studded with penny whistle, folk percussion, and lots of acoustic drive. The vocal arrangement is fun to sing and very approachable. While the arrangement uses a specially adapted set of lyrics for today's singers, you can certainly use any favorite verses including some of the seasonal lyrics that abound.
