A new angle on the weighty leitmotif that is "Hot Cross Buns," you will notice that the recorder part for this work looks amazingly like what you find in many recorder methods (G, A, B). Where it takes a turn from the norm is in the crazy accompaniment tracks which aim to go from a polite classical orchestra, to rock, and finally to a merging of the two, as your students play the melody three times through.
