Drifting Slowly

Teresa designed this as a nice exercise to teach the following rhythm: dotted quarter, eighth, quarter, quarter. While it's a simple rhythm, it is an obstacle that sometimes needs help to get over, and this one does it in style. The melody is distinctive, but it is limited to just B, A, and G, so the players can concentrate on the rhythms. (from Recorder Classroom, Vol. 2, No. 4)
