One of the things that makes autumn such a beautiful time of year is the color that surrounds us. Here's a song that not only talks about these colors, but gives students a chance to explore them more fully with movement involving colorful scarves (or ribbons, streamers, etc.)

The song is in 3/4, with a gentle, flowing style that makes it a natural for the movement, though that is certainly optional. Movement ideas for scarves are included in the music. (from Music K-8, Vol. 20, No. 1)
