We're Ready!

This high energy rock tune is the perfect way to get students motivated at the beginning of school. It's also great for any occasion they've planned for, worked toward, or are looking forward to. It's easy and repetitious, so it can be sung by most age groups. It is a call and response tune, though the response is not identical to the call. For added fun, we recommend switching parts 1 and 2 the second time through to give each group a chance at both parts. (from Music K-8, Vol. 16, No. 1)
