This short, punchy, driving piece, set in a very jazzy hard shuffle, is more of a cheer than a song. And as with cheers, you can do it over and over again. Also as with cheers, its message is motivational and inspirational. Though it's perfect for those year-end ceremonies like graduation or just plain "moving on," it could be used any time you want to shine a light on your students' awesomeness!
