Hosanna!

This high-spirited original tune is sure to enliven all who sing and hear it. Written for the Easter season (Palm Sunday, specifically), "Hosanna!" gives you the option of beginning the song with a soloist. You could also use just two singers or even a small group, if you prefer. That way, you have the opportunity to showcase one or more of your stronger performers. The melody is simple and easy to learn – perfect for younger choirs, or when you don't have a lot of time to rehearse. Secular lyrics are also included. (from Music K-8, Vol. 26, No. 4)
